Berger 168 vld 7mm

A buddy just gave me 50 168vld's to try in my 7mag. I currently use 162 sst's and have found that they like 63.5 gr of h4831sc seated .010 off the lands. I've never loaded Berger's so where should I start. This would be for a hunting only round so I don't wont to jam them into the lands. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

use the drop 10 per cent rule and work up. I would try your .010 off the rifling to start.
