Regnar, there was a thread about the OTM 130s here a short while back. Third Generation Shooting Supply has them featured on there homepage.
The .264" 130 AR hybrids are easy to tune . It likes a bit of jump due to the hybrid ogive . Berger is producing ammo now too ,so with it being " tactical" it'll be a hot seller . If you find them stock up because they are hard to find .
The 6.5 130 AR/OTM bullet is designed to be used at the standard published magazine length of the cartridge you are loading for if you wish to.

I will be interested to see what you find sir. Did a test last year with our .30 caliber 185gr CLASSIC HUNTER bullets that are the same hybrid design as the 6.5 130gr AR/OTM bullet at magazine length in a WIN-70 .308 Winchester rifle I have. Bone stock except for the glass bedding. If I tried to seat the bullet out to the lands the base of the bullet was even with the cartridge case mouth. Seated them all to 2.805 and worked the load up using H4895 AT 100 yards. got it down to a .480 group. So depending on the rifle they will jump a ways! Worked very well in the AR-10 also ! M1 Garand / .30 cal. 168gr Classic Hunter test coming this year.I've just got my FN SPR back from the gunsmith with its second Bartlein 260 Rem barrel on, this one throated well out for 2.95-3 inch COALs for use as a single-shot rifle. I spent a happy couple of hours last night sorting out COALs for a select quintet of bullets including the 130 AR-Hybrid, the lightest of the bunch.
With this new barrel's freebore, the COAL with the AR-Hybrid is 2.927" at around 20 thou' jump which I'll load it to initially and am very confident of getting good results. However, once I find a combination or two that works with it, I'll rework the cartridge at the SAAMI COAL (more likely not even that as I seem to remember the FN's 4-round magazine needs something a tad shorter at ~2.79-inch) and give the bullet a harder test in coping with jump - somewhere around 150 thou' even before any throat erosion takes place.
(Oh, you'll be pleased to hear Phil that another two out of the five are Bergers complementing one Sierra MK and one Lapua Scenar!)
