Belgium T-bolt .22?

The last really nice one I saw at a local gun show was 725.00 but it was almost flawless. Can you post a picture showing the condition and I can put a real close value on it. If you shoot it you wont sell it. I had one and I have been kicking myself for ever selling it.

Can't get a pic until the 8th or so

I believe some of these had salt dried stocks which would affect the value.

Condition seems good, stock finish is a standard looking Browning high gloss.

Ray, The Blue Book indicates that Browning used the salt-curing process to speed walnut drying time between 1966-1971.
T-Bolt 1966-1971 manufacturing dates correspond to serial numbers having the suffix after the serial number of X6, X7, X8, X69, X70, and X71.

I have one with the salt wood hard to keep the gun from rusting\. any chance browning standing behind this or who has a stock for one.

Charles, Following link to an article by a Browning gunsmith. One paragraph speaks to the warranty. Apparently no warranty for T-Bolts.

They used to clean up at our sportsmen club indoor shoots. I have one and they are real tackdrivers. Go to gunbroker and you can see a bunch of them 4 sale. Matt

I have one with the salt stock prefix # x69. In 1970 my son dropped it on the end of the butt and broke the stock. AT the time was not happy.I called Browning and sent me a new salt free stock.I think it was $85.00 .thanks to my son I got away from the salt stocks.

It would be much like this one:

I'm trying to get a not so tech savvy person send me a pic of the serial# and gun.

serial# is 64166X

My father had a browning Belgium T-Bolt with the salt cured stock, he contacted Browning and they sent him a new stock for no charge. I currently have that TBolt in my gun safe and it is a tack driver.
