Some fine examples of NE Indiana " Soybeanus Digestus " you showed there ! Keep an eye out for the really BIG ones !!

Did you have to cut an opening in the air, so you could shoot through the humidity ?

The rifle used is a Savage 4.40 large shank mounted in a McRee chassis with a Criterion .223 match barrel and pepper pot brake.. Lapua brass and 50 grainers running at around 3600 fps. NF SHV w/ IHR reticle. These were both shot at about 150 yards, so not much to do in the way of adjusting for the shot...Bang...dead...repeat.
But yes...it can get rather humid here in Indiana...the groundhogs didn't seem to mind...so I didn't either!!
