Do those items shown have a gold tint to them originally or does the blasting induce the tint?
What media do u blast with?

i have a blast cabinet at the house and have blasted quite a number of things for myself. from my experience when you blast stuff, to some degree or another you are etching the surface. you can go from mild abrasive to wild but there is etching with every one. the etching can sometimes cause the light to reflect at certain way at times and give the appearance of a tint. seems like that may be what is going on here but i could be wrong, wouldn't be the first time.

edit to add, OP you very well may have already and or may hold licenses. none the less be sure you are aware of any laws involved with the service you are offering. we had a local individual several years back that got in a bit of hot water when he started doing laser engraving on folks firearms and applying cerekote. apparently you must be an ffl holder to perform such services. i would think if only doing barrels etc. you would be safe since you aren't taking serial numbered items but thought it was worth mentioning. nice job by the way.

There are a host of different media that are used in blasting. Sand, glass beads, nut shells, granulated soda, etc.
The media used will effect the surface texture n finish.
