Selling a rifle that I haven’t shot much and not at all in the last several years:
Bat Model S multi-flat right bolt, left port, right eject action with 21.5” Shilen 14” twist 6ppc barrel with .262 neck. Additional included barrel is a
25” Benchmark 8.5” twist 6ppc chamber. Trigger on this rifle is a VERY light Jewell benchrest model. Round count on these two barrels is unknown since I bought them used with the rifle. Rifle is in very nice condition.
Also included is a 27” PacNor 9” twist 3 groove barrel chambered in 20 Titan with a .234” neck and fit to the action by Bob Green. Round count on this barrel (which shoots very well) is 77. I will include 182 pieces of Lapua 6.5 Grendel brass, formed but not fire-formed and 18 pieces of fire formed brass. One additional unopened box of 100 Lapua 6.5 Grendel brass is available via separate sale.
I bought this rifle planning to use it to test 20 caliber bullets I wanted to make. Bullet making turned out to be extremely labor intensive, time consuming and hard on my shoulder and I quickly abandoned this endeavor.
Additional items included are a Redding full length 6.5 Grendel bushing die, a Bat action wrench, Bat 1” scope rings and a Bat picatinny rail.
EDIT: Final bonus item is a 222 Rem / 223 Rem bolt face Bat bolt; bought this just in case I wanted it later. EDIT: this bolt has been sold in a separate transaction.
Although I have been a member since 2007, I have limited purchases and sales on this site. I have been an active member on the (now probably defunct) Saubier site for many years and recognize quite a few members here from that site.
