My friend sent his action back to Bat in August for a repair due to the bolt binding and since then he has been told many reasons why he has not received it back yet. He called over a week ago and left a message and has not received a response yet. Is something going on with Bat Machine that would make sense with why they are taking so long and why they haven’t responded back to him.

Hmmmmmmmmmmm, they shipped my HR w/Lapua bolt back here about a week ago.

I have found them to be responsive and have had recent exchange of info with them. I recently contacted them to find out the status of an action and found out it had been at my FFL for a month. I generally email unless I need to talk to someone. Usually get a response same or next day.

Several months ago had a issue with new Bat B drop port. Called and phone was
answered on second ring. Needed a different small part and it was received in
two day. They are the very best.

The team at BAT is an exceptional crew. Have your friend shoot them an e-mail in a week or so (post shot show) and they will respond.

They should send another action if it has been since August. That's just crazy. Good way to kill a reputation. Please, no whining about Shot Show or how busy they are in the shop. Past business should be a priority, IMO.
