BAT Machine Question

Has anybody else has had trouble getting Bat to answer the phone during their time slot?
The past few business days I've been getting an answering machine.

I'm starting to think their watching the caller ID. "haha"

I have not had any problems contacting BAT during their time slot.

I've found that it sometimes takes a few tries during their time slot. The last few times I called, the fax machine would answer. When I tried later, Tom picked up.

that's alright, I am keeping Richard busy enough with my stuff that he doesn't have time to mess with that Bat when you get it anyway! :lol:

Tom D. is a one man,usually) telephone contact person.

During their time slot, he is answering, talking, etc.

If you get answering machine, he is "live" with someone.

This is benchrest season also. I would assume earlier in the week would be better sometimes than later because Tom has to travel for a weekend shoot.

Well it's all good!
Tom called today and told me that my action is ready to ship.

Now they're waiting on me to get them a copy of Richards FFL.
