bat M bolt face

Can a standard Bat M 308 bolt face be taken out to magnum diameter . This would be on a new action and bolt.
Being in the UK, it takes some time to get things, hence the enquiry
 
Contact Pete Walker, Walker rifles, he imports a lot of BAT actions and would know the answer. He can certainly do the work if it is suitable.
