The included hanger is 0 to 30, and the BAT steel melonited rail is 20 degrees.
After using this receiver for 2 years as a PPC, it was sent to Alex Wheeler. Wheeler did his bolt timing magic which included the ramp modification to achieve less cock-on-close and more pin fall. See the photo of the reground cocking ramp. Wheeler also opened up the bolt face to .473, and the Sako extractor will now pull both 6BR family and 6PPC cases. He also tuned the ejector spring, replaced the FP spring, and bobbed the firing pin. See the attached photo of the bolt face. The receiver was shot as a 6BRA for a few more years, and then put in the safe when the stock was sold.
See the photo of the bolt shroud.....those marks are beneath the melonite surface. The marks were fainter, but have become more noticeable since the receiver was stored in a safe over the last several years. Although the marks cannot be felt, I have lowered the price to easily cover the 60 dollars that BAT would charge for a new shroud, if that is what you decide. There are no other marks on any part of the receiver like this, and the receiver functions perfectly as it is. More photos can be supplied to serious buyers.
Please PM me in addition to stating you will take it on this thread. Gold members can simply send me a personal check. No PayPal. Price is , shipped, and has to be shipped to an FFL.
Thanks
