Bat action question

I have a barrel that is threaded and headspaced to a model "B" action.

Is it possible for me to thread this barrel on to a "SV" action and not have any headspace issues????

I believe it shares the same tenon. I'd check headspace though.

It should work fine. I had a guy bring over a MB action and we threaded 3 of my barrels on and used the go gauge with each one and they fit his action just like they do mine, slight "feel" on closing the bolt with striker removed, we were both amazed!

If you have the barrel, action, and go gauge, why didn't you just try it and find out for sure?

I was just looking for others experiences with a similar situation.

I posted this last night after a long weekend, too pooped to try it for myself, besides i had to get up at 4:30 to get to work...
