bat action manufacturing time

Has anybody out there received a bat action they ordered lately? I ordered one last May and was told it would take 6 months. 10 months out and I havn't heard a word. Starting to wonder. Thanks.

Did you check Bruno shooters supply? He usually has a good stock of BAT actions.

Brunos carries a good stock of them, ordered one the other day and the smith is working on my next project as we speak.

As said: Lester Bruno has a wide selection of Bat actions in stock. I placed a phone order, and my gunsmith had it in his hands one week later. Sold at a fair price without any waiting time.

I would guess since he has a Bat action on order he would like to receive that action.

You put a 300 dollar deposit down when you order a action from them.

But you could always just resell the one from Bat when it is done and buy one from Brunos now.

Sounds like I may be waiting longer then the 7 month lead for mine that I ordered in December...

Ordered mine mid october, was told it was looking like 7 months. Emailed to check up a week a go, and was told closer to mid summer. Most of the parts for my build have been delayed, so I wasnt surprised

Ordered one that just happened to be cancelled by someone. Got it immediately. No barrel, no reamer, no stock, but got a nice action. Accidents do happen.
Though calling it "winning the lottery" is sales euphoria.
As long as it takes to get anything else, probably won't get operational any sooner.
