Bartlin 4 grove V 5R barrel.

In process of getting rifle built for 308 FTr for 1000-1200y with 32in heavy match profile non fluted bartlin barrel and was hoping to hear views with which grove type would suit application using 210-185g berger bullets, anyone have any info which made them opt for either the 4 grove or 5R rifling, thanks.

I've got both 4 groove and 5 R and can't tell a bit of difference, both shoot really well.

If you check,Frank Green, He says they cannot differentiate between the 5R and regular rifling.
