Barrett BORS system

Hi can anyone help please. Have a BORS system designed for a Nightforce 8-32x56 NSX no zero stop. Can I use this BORS system on another scope I have which is a Nightforce 3.5-15x56 NSX no zero stop. Both scopes appear identical physically and I cannot understand why Barrett produced different BORS models for each of these scopes.

Only know of the BORS Leupold compatibility. Didn't know they worked with NightForce

It's probably so you need to buy another model for another model scope. If one model fit multiple scopes, they wouldn't sell as many. It's definitely a marketing deal.
