Barrel twist

l'am new here and have a ? on the right twist.l want to shoot
groundhogs and paper 200yds.to 300 meters.thinking #7 barrel
1 in 10 twest,40X action,16xscope."l already have the 40x"
what do you think??

Jon,

The ten twist will let you shoot bullets up to 90 grains. Just make sure you throat it for whatever bullets you plan to use.
A .060 freebore is a good all around choice for bullets all the way up to 107's. If you only plan on shooting the 68 or less bullets perhaps a .050 would suit you better.
