Barrel Tuners

I shoot a 22-250 Rem 700 action with a Bartlein barrel. I almost always shoot under 1/2" 5 shot groups at 100 yds. I have been reading about barrel tuners and am wondering if they work and are worth it. If I try one it will have to slide on to the barrel since I do not want to thread the barrel.

I use an Erik Cortina tuner brake on a .223 bolt gun and it works great. It really reduced my group size. But I don't think many tuner manufacturers make a one that will attach without threading it onto the barrel.
