The 452 barrels are threaded but you must remove the ejector /mag slot. It fits in an under cut in the back of the barrel.

As @Dusty Stevens mentioned the barrels on the CZ 457 are easy for the user to change. And the barrels for the CZ 457 are identical with the CZ 455 (assuming barrel profile isn't an issue). If you change calibers, you may need to add or remove the block in the magazine well to accommodate the magazine length.
