Denys, if that be the case, what about ANY of the "devices" that allow the "Sled Feet" of most of the better Bi-Pods to S-L-I-D-E better on, i.e. S.E.B. front mats?

iron308 said:Section 3 of the NRA HP Rulebook lists all the allowed equipment that can be used in a match. As Denys points out, Rule 3.18 disallows everything else.
3.8 allows a spotting scope.
