barrel contours weights and lengths

my rifle is just under 13.5 pounds with a 24 inch HV bbl with a Woolums tuner which is 4.5 ounces,,on next barrel if we took 4 inches of the breech end off the HV barrel how much longer could we make the barrel and still make weight with the tuner??

how much longer can you use a LV with the 4.5 ounce tuner and weigh the same as the 24 inch HV with the tuner??

ive looked at the math formulas and it makes my head hurt,,,

thanx ,,looks like a LV at 26,5 inches would weight about the same as a HV at 24 inches
