Barrel blank maker

A friend aquired this barrel and knows nothing about it can anyone please tell me the twist I’m thinking 18 and h- s precision
Any help appreciated

18 twist would be super obscure. If I had to guess I'd say it's 11.

Take a cleaning rod, put a jag and tight patch on it. Mark your cleaning rod for top dead center. Push the rod in until it makes a complete revolution. Measure how far you inserted the rod.

Now you know the twist rate.

18 twist is common for the 30 br. H&S precision was a common barrel a number of yrs. ago not sure if they are still in business. they also made br stocks
