Barne's Varmint Grenades 50gr

Just purchased some for my .223 & 1:9 twist. No reloading info in the latest Barnes reloading manual. I called and they suggested a few powders and weights which included Varget, Winchester 748,most accurate) and Ramshot Tac.

Any reloaders with actual hands-on experience with the above - I would appreciate your comments.
