BAR help

I have a BAR in 7 mag. My reloads will not go off. They chamber, I pull the trigger and all it does is click. Firing pin does not hit the primer. Throw in a fresh round and BOOM! My reloads after it dont go off and the trigger has been pulled I have to smack the action lever with something hard to get it to release and open the bolt.

Resized way to much...? Crazy question but is it the correct brass...?

Sounds like not sized enough. If you have to force it open you might not be going entirely into battery which (hopefully) is preventing the firing pin from reaching the primer.

Yes it’s correct brass. Sizing die is stopping just above the belt

Crank the sizing die down until it touches the shell holder and give it another turn down for good measure. Retest the sized casing to see if it chambers easily and extracts without any additional kinetic persuasion.
