WANTED Bald Eagle spider plate

I am needing to replace my Bald Eagle spider plate on my lathe. Apparently not made any more. Or if you have something similar in D 1-4 Thanks.

This is what I am looking for or similar.

I made this and luke it much better than the bald eagle that had before…pretty easy to make..
