B&L repair help

I have a B&L 6-24x that has an intermittent 1.5 min. shift left/right. I have run it through the "box" test several times and it seems fine, then all of a sudden I'm 1.5 minutes off. I've called Bushnell and they were less than helpful. Does anyone know where I can send this scope to be checked out? Thanks in advance for any help.

I too have a B&L 6-24. It is a great scope.
When I first built my rifle I had
a lot of problems achieving any accuracy.
I later found that the main front screw
holding the rifle together was bottomed out.
After shortening the screw my group size went
from 1.25 moa to .4 moa.
