Athlon ares ETR udh 4.5x30x56

I have a Athlon ETR UHD 4.5x30x56 I bought brand new last spring to setup a .22lr prs rifle. I never used it because I went a different direction. It probably has 250 rounds on it mounted in area 419 picatinney rail and match rings. It does have what appears to be rub marks on the tube. ? I have everything included in box except battery.
I have seen these new from anywhere from $950 to $1200.
How about $750 shipped and insured in the US
