At the Range

I think that some of the Zeiss scopes are designed for and instructions given for setting up for right or left hand operation. I don't own any of them, but have mounted a few for friends. It has been a couple of years since I've had one in my hands, but it seems that both turrets were marked something like U or L for up or left.

Forgot to mention that the scope had a light turret on also. So it had 3 knobs to play with. Could only be mounted one way.

the last 3 scopes I set up for varmint shooting I had the elevation dots put on the windage cross hair so when rotated 90* the windage became the elevation and the dots were for hold over.

the elevation turret then became the windage turret and had hash marks for windage.
