ASC June ‘24 Varmint for Score / Group Match Results
Fair weather, although hot, prevailed for Saturday’s double header at Arlington Sportsman’s Club.
Twelve shooters turned out for the morning VFS match. Kyle Schultz dominated the competition, shooting a perfect 250-25X and establishing a new club record (Kyle’s performance included 13 wipe-outs).
Michael Rosenberger followed up with a nice 250-20X followed by Jerry Turner besting 3 shooters at 250-19X (via Creedmore).
The afternoons Group match faced temperatures near the century mark that reduced the field to six shooters. Mike Green held on for the top spot with a .261” AGG followed closely by Jerry Turner and Ron Atkins.
Come join us next month on Saturday, July 27th for 100yrd VFS competition. It's only $10 to shoot ($5 for members).
