Arken Optics Delivery Questions

A month ago I had the oppertunity to check this line of optics out. I feel that after looking at them,I would give them a try. I really thought these scopes would be in the 700 dollar range, and up. I was really shocked to see how much they really are. Actually, by putting in a promotional code, I was able to get the scope, rings, and a few other items for what I figured to be a very good deal.
I purchased the scope directly from Arken. The people there are very nice.
The problem is its been two weeks and my scope has not even shipped from their facility. My first email from them told me that the scope has shipped, but actually all that was done was a shipping label generated by Arken. USPS told me that.
So its getting to be two weeks, and still no scope.
I just reached out to them to see how things were going, and hopefully within a few days, I will have an answer.
Has anyone else had to deal with this?
Like to know what others think about this line of optics also.

I have had zero problems. The first one I ordered I knew going in that it was going to be a while.
I would contact them again. Last time I inquired about something it was on a Sunday, believe it or not I had a response that day.

Believe it or not, I got up this morning and had a response from them allready. They informed me that they have been swamped with orders. I guess thats a good thing though. I was told I should get the scope sometime this weekend.
Great response time!! What else can I say!! I'm even thinking about trying out the EP5!!

I have had one on order for several weeks and it was shipped a few days ago. Expected arrival tomorrow 10-12-22. There top end scopes now have Japanese glass, or so I was told.

You need to get used to it as they will own the controlling interest in our country including land, farms, food chain, manufacturing, etc. Sux but we (DC) are selling out.

“Will”? most would be surprised at how much is already owned by out of country non citizens.

I like the chicom import junk no more than anyone else, but when doing about any project anymore something will be made there.
