On a very high volume level, UPS is cheaper and for us have been better as far as less issues.
Fed Ex simply cannot match UPS money wise on volume.
What sucks is that USPS is having serious issues that has delayed us incoming and out. What was one day is now two. This started a couple weeks back. Word from USPS is that it is going to get worse. (Money and delivery)
What is usually damaged was not packaged very well. Of all the guns that come in and out of our business (which is more than most) we have only lost one gun that was not recoverd in 20yrs. There have been a few others that were lost for a couple days but they seem to always surface.
Business vs Individual seems to be quite a bit different.
