Are mall tumblers created equal ?

If using a stainless steal media and water Tumblr to get your cases down to the naked brass, using moly powder and shot to apply a dry lube to the case neck will not be effective. I find that the moly doesn't like to stick to the neck until a case has been fired and there is some carbon on the inside for it to cling to. Needless to say, the expander ball has a rough time moving through the neck without an appropriate amount of lube. This has been the main reason I have not moved to SS media.

What do you guys use to lube your naked case neck after tumbling with stainless steel media?

I use Imperial Sizing Wax and I apply it with these applicators ( a gift from my wife) because Q-tips left threads behind after a few uses.
