Arbor press issue

Problem I see with a roller handle is the base is very small and the unit will roll to the side when actuated. This wouldn’t be an issue for me though because I have my arbor press screwed into the table.

What about making it a "T" roller handle? Putting the connecting rod between the middle and ring fingers. It would better equalize the load.

Well, the roller handle that I made up actually more centres my hand over the front of the press where the original handle is off on the right side.
No issues with pulling the press off to one side but rather adding to the stability.

Try swapping the handle for a Phillips head screwdriver.

That's pretty clever.

I have a bald Eagle press that has a bent handle (if the attachment point is level to the bench and pointing at you, the knob is pointing upwards at maybe 20 to 30 degrees.) Don't know why, but it feels a lot more controllable than the straight handle on the K&M.
