I have a Palmetto State Armory 556 upper for sale. Purchased from this sight a few months ago as new never fired. Still unfired! Mounted and removed LPVO so might be light rub mark on top rail. No BCG, 1/7 twist. Asking what I paid plus shipping $200.00 shipped to lower 48 where legal. Check or postal money order.
