AR 15 Pistol Lowers

A number of years ago I purchased and set aside a few AR stripped lowers that I followed to procedure to have registered and designated as pistol lowers, ie. can be used to build an AR pistol. At the time they were valued at about three times the value of a regular rifle lower because of the pistol designation and that they could later be changed to a rifle lower if you wanted, where once a lower is for a rifle, it cant go to a pistol. Are the values still in that range? I am thinking of selling a couple as my plans to do a pistol upper probably aren't going to happen anytime soon. Thanks

Adam

We do not have gun registration in this country. That being said if it was first sold as a pistol and marked so on the 4473 every time it was transferred then its a pistol. If its marked pistol or caliber:multi and cant be proven it was ever a rifle i doubt youd have an issue. Dpms stripped lowers came with a serial number starting with a K for kit and was acknowledged as a pistol with no question the one time mine has been questioned

The market is flooded with ar’s now, you can buy a very good quality Mil-Spec lower, pistol or rifle doesn’t matter for less than a c-note. Only way it’s going back up is if they pass a ban. You can buy a complete pistol lower with sb3 brace, that’s 5 position adjustable for somewhere between 150-200 bucks. Just send them to me, I’ll build them out!

Just curious who is the manufacturer?
