Ar 15 Feeding Problem

We have a Les Baer Ar 15 with a 204 Ruger upper.
It Does not feed the ammo properly. It will bend the case approximately 3/4' behind the bullet.,See Attached Pictures)
It dents approximately 1 out of 4 shells. We have tried many different magazines. It will fail when shooting or hand cycling. Any help will be appreciated.

There may be other causes and 'fixes', but on 2 AR-15's in .223AI that I built a couple years ago the 'fix' was to radius the chamber edge a little more. Before fitting the barrel extension to the barrel I 'massaged' the feed ramps a small amount. So.....could be that your feed ramp needs some smoothing out, or your chamber edge is too sharp.
I wasn't aware of the M4 barrel extension being different from other AR extensions when I built those 2 AR's, but I am now. Over on 65grendel.com I have read that the M4 feedramps facilitate feeding of cartridges with sharper shoulders, etc.

I would also say it is a feed ramp issue. I would call them and see what they have to say.

I'd send it back to Les Baer and tell them to fix it.
could be a few things, feed ramp being one, but I have heard that the sharp neck angle on the 204 might be the cause of feed reliability.
