AR-10 straight pull

I have a .308 straight pull upper from BCA, after firing some rounds, the bolt gets stuck forward and I have to hit the charging back with a Leatherman or something blunt to get it free. It has been cleaned and oiled but still gets stuck and I'm not sure whats going on inside of it. Has anyone else had this issue?

Hand loads. I saw that my firing pin is punching a hole in the primers, and the small pieces are sent into the BCG which jams it, so one problem may be solved but now I have another...

I'm loading with 39.5gn of SW TAC RIFLE and 168gn ELD Match which is fairly far from max. I'm thinking the primers i use are a softer metal for this load and weapon type, kind of like what you suggested. The Hiperfire Power trigger that I have strikes hard as well which might contribute.

Had the same issue, after 100 or so rounds issue began to work itself out. Just a break in period. My thought was the corners of the locking lugs were a bit sharp for smooth operation. Mine is a 6.5 Grendel and with over a thousand rounds on it now. But my issue was not related to ammunition.

I have maybe 300-400 rounds through mine. It started out great but once the ammo issue started is when the bolt issue started.
