Just FYI. At present time, if you don't already have the H4895 it will be difficult to find, while at the same time for whatever reason Varget is available. Go figure....

41.5gr imr 4895 with a 168 in LC brass was the classic m1a load.

CFE 223 always seems available, and relatively inexpensive for today’s prices anyway. Plus it meters well in a thrower if you want to go that route.
