Approved 25 March 2018, Temple Texas Mid-Range Prone, F Class, & Tactical (300 yd)

Match announcement for a new High Power Mid-Range multi-discipline match in Central Texas. Temple Gun Club will now host a dedicated 300 yard Mid-Range prone match the last Sunday of each month. Match is open to Service Rifle, Match Rifle, F Class (Open & T/R), Tactical Rifle, as well as to those shooters wishing to explore High Power shooting.

Of note:
a. The Mid-Range Match program is under application as an NRA sanctioned League match for 2018.
b. The Range is has few amenitities, so competitors should ensure they bring comfort items as appropriate.

The Temple Gun Club 300 yard mid-range prone & F Class tournament has been approved as an NRA sanctioned League match. Per NRA Competitive Shooting Division e-mail of February 16, 2018: "Your tournament application has been approved."

The first approved match will take place on February 25, 2018, and then continue thru the end of the year with matches occurring the last Sunday of each month. Scores for each match will be collected and submitted to the NRA at the close of the League. Match Scores are eligible for NRA High Power shooter classification but not for national records.
