applied balliztic app

Hi guys
I am new to the forum and look forward to intetacting with fellow shooting enthusiasts and alike.
Maybe someone can help me regarding the applied ballistic app.I have recently downloaded the android app and seem to have run into a spot of bother. Everytime i attempt to input a shoot to distance the app comes up with a message saying fault ,and then shuts down.
Can anyone shed any light on this.
