I was trying to access the 300WM WEZ article on applied ballistics but it said the page could not be found. Is it just my computer or is it not available in PDF anymore?

Its not your computer. In the hyperlink, a blank somehow was inserted in the URL between "www" and ".applied..." which precludes finding the web server.
In Firefox, for example, on the SERVER NOT FOUND page you will see the wrong URL in the address line at the top. Simply remove the blank and hit enter. Download of the PDF will start normally.
