Aperture sights

Hello.

Having a hard time finding 15mm front sight inserts for Palma 300 & 900 meter. Not sure if the front tube is a Parker Hale or a Central. The rear sight is a Central. The rifle is a Lee Enfield #4 Longfield modified single shot for DCRA Palma.


Can anyone help?

Looks as if it was an anschuetz-type 18mm frontsight. Just measure threads diameter to make sure. If the case, any 18mm standard element or iris will fit.

If not the case, better change the tunnel for a 18 or 22mm.

I agree, purchase a good 22mm front sight, RPA is reasonably priced. I and most of my shooting buddies use a 22mm front with an adjustable irus and 0.3 Magnifer. and sometimes a 0.5 Magnifer. If it sits up to high use a small base. Larry

www.mtguns.com has new manufacture apeture sets for older sights. They should be able to help.
