Anyone shooting brux barrel?

As the title states, looking to get one to spin up on a rimx action. I’ve searched and don’t see a lot of feedback or info on how they perform? I love their center fire barrels, they shoot great. Anyone have any experience with them? Thanks

Brux makes an excellent product, but like most cut rifled barrel manufacturers, they tend to put their focus on where the money is and that would be with centerfire barrels, since they wear out about about 14X faster than a rimfire bbl causing a greater demand for the product. This also holds true for the other manufacturers like Krieger and Bartlein, although Bartlein has don a great job of getting out in front of the end user and sending large quantities of rimfire barrels to European manufacturers.
If you are looking for a Brux for the simple reason that you know they make a good product, that's a good reason, but I can assure you that any other barrel you choose will perform as well as you would expect. After a great deal of testing, it has been determined that they all shoot extremely well regardless of price or popularity on the verbal vomit forums.
If you are looking to set some benchrest world record, you really have to focus on buying 10 barrels and test them all, keep the best one and sell the other 9.

I've "Heard" that,.. Lilja, Benchmark, Green Mtn, and Shilen, seem to, "Specialize" in, .22LR Barrels.
IF I wanted one of the very BEST, Centerfire Barrels, it would be,. Brux, Bartlein, or, Krieger.
Like stated above, by jscandale,.. there's BIG DEMAND for them and, they can't make em,.. fast, enough !
There's probably, a couple of small, Custom manufacturers that, guys on HERE could add to the list, tho !
Might TRY,.. a "Search" on here for, suggestions.
Brux makes, a FINE, Ctr. fire, Barrel and holds, the small Group, Record at, 600 Yards ( with a, 6 MM ).
