Anyone loading the 5.7 johnson/22 spitfire

i bought an m1 carbine chambered for this round, just got a set of dies and waiting on a forming die.
Looking for any reloading data that will safely work in the old carbine.
Have found a few loads on the net but would like some info from people that actually shoot it and reload for it.

I once went into a barn/ shop in Elmira NY that had about a dozen Nash Metropolitan/Cosmopolitans like that. They were tucked between a 68 1/2 428 cj Mustang and a few Hemi Mopars. Methinks you bought the whole place!
