Had BAT do it when new. Will always buy melonite actions in the future.

My son and myself each have a Bat 3L, his bolt is melonite, mine is not ...his slides easier and slicker. Ordered that way from Bat.

I have one done by bat. It slicked up once the black wore off

I've handled several from bat and full melonite is really slick & one that was stainless body and Melonite bolt was slicker than with out by a good margin, even when it's cold.
