Anyone having success contacting Masterclass Stocks?

He has something of mine and won't return any emails or phone calls from my gunsmith. Been since March 2011.

Brent,

Alex's problem seems to be he's too busy and the admin side of the business just gets left. I ordered some accessories a while back and he responded to my email reasonably quickly to say he could supply them, yet after six weeks or so I emailed twice more to request a delivery date and received no response, so needing the parts, I emailed to cancel the order and immediately received a reply saying thats fine. I then ordered the parts from Robertson Composites and had them within a week, although it seems Robertsons have since closed down.

Reading posts on Long-range.com it seems a twelve month wait, at least for a riflestock, is now the norm from Masterclass, so March 2012 would be your delivery date. I don't think you need worry about the viability of Masterclass as a business, if that was your concern.

Thanks for the info. Now I know. My problem is a little different. I was told 6 to 8 weeks(March 2011) and I would have my stock. He has my custom barreled action for inletting and won't return any emails and phone calls to my gunsmith. Kind of figured he thought he didn't have to return it.

Received an email from his last week on some work he is doing for me. He was hunting for a while and said he would be back at work this past week. I call in the afternoon as he usually is in the shop working in the mornings and doesn't answer. I know it is a wait sometimes but his work is beyond match in my opinion.

I know its hard to take but I guess we have to be patient, I also am having a stock done by him and gave him a deposit in March. He seems to have good intentions and an even greater reputation but is doing everything himself in-house, So it will just take time. It will definitely be worth the wait ;D
