Anyone have their "old" PACT Digital dispenser upgraded?

I have a PACT digital powder dispenser and scale that is about 8-10 yrs old. I guess you can send in those units to PACT to have it upgraded to the new high speed configuration for $75.

Has anyone had this modification, and if so, was there an improvement?

No i have not, inside of mine it came with a free upgrade coupon that i happened to save.
What color are the bushings when you look down the powder column. if red and blue u have a high speed one already.
if you have your old paperwork from the inside take a look and see if you have one also

I sent my dispenser in for the upgrade and the scale too, just to get it checked out. That was back in April, they told me there was about a two week turnaround. Numerous phone calls, lots of excuses and three months later, I received a new scale and powder dispenser - they lost mine. I sent my scale back inside the zippered nylon case that orig. came with it, the new one didn't come back with one.

I suppose you could say I should be happy I received a new set-up for $75 but, the lack of customer service I had to deal with to get it wasn't worth it. I'd probably still be waiting for my stuff if I hadn't persisted.

Oh, and FWIW, I can't tell if the new unit is really faster or not, it's certainly not significantly noticeable (my charges are 54.5 gr. of H4831SC). I should have timed the dispenser before and after.
