It's a wonder the good folks here don't have a discount through Midway USA. Some forums get special promotions through suppliers. While usually not a great deal (maybe 5%) it's better than nothing. That is commonplace in automotive forums.

I used that "free shipping" promo code last week on an order over $150 and it did not work! The order went
through and I was charged for shipping, approximately $10. That was quite annoying to me.
Much to my surprise, I got an e-mail the next day acknowledging their mistake. It's pasted below.

My problem with Midway is I purchased with U.S funds, in this case my debit card a 1 piece scope mount and rings. I call and inform them that this isn't going to work and that I would like to return it.I was told to fill out the return parts order that I have now paid a shipping charge twice. I am now informed that I can redeem it with "Larry dollars". I didn't pay for the product with "Lloyd dollars" I used common, taken by everyone, U.S currency. I called Midway just for a confirmation and was told very polity that is how they do business. So now I have a knife coming my way, {like I really need another} to exchange a 1 piece scope mount/rings that would have been sure to add another scar between my eyes. to that end I believe I will take my business elsewhere in the future.
