Anyone ever run a 6.5 Grendel for mid range precision shooting?

Thoughts and opinions ? I have a 30 Grendel that shoots bugholes at 100 and 200 when I do my part but would like something for 300 - 800. I am thinking about putting together a rifle for local club stuff. I have a couple of 6.5's and a 6 ARC in AR and was thinking I might like the 6.5 on a bolt gun

Last year I ran a 6.5 Grendel in the gas gun division of PRS matches. The targets were out to 1000 yards. Out to 900 yards I had no issues with accuracy. 1000 was a bit dicey with the wind. I was running 123 ELDM with 31.5 CFE 223 in a 28 inch barrel.

I have about decided to go with the 6.5 x 47 Lapua, but may just stick with my tried and true .260 Rem and 6 BR's

Yup ran a howa bolt in a chassie ran sierra 107 smk super accurate only problem was their 5 round mags also 1/8 twist. Lite recoil is your friend in PRS type shooting> Also a great prarie dog killer
