As the title say's does anyone have a website for Jim Carstensen of JLC Precision ?
or do you just have to call him? eggman had a press for sale on here today, I missed buying it, I really didn't need the press but it had a insert in it that allowed for .001 increments for bumping shoulder, I would like to buy one for my Harrells press,here I will paste what was said,..

...I have for sale a used Harrell's Precision Compact Press in the smaller PPC size that has the JLC Precision "bump" conversion. This conversion allows the reloader to adjust his 7/8" FL resizing die in one thousands increments +or- without having to loosen the dies set collar. The adjustments are positive due to JLC using a detent so the adjusting collar "clicks" at each increment.
