I'm sure you could have a machine shop take the corners off a hex drive shafted tool for you, for a small price.
Do you have a speed control for your Foredom tool? I have one also & without some way to moderate the motor speed it spins WAAAYYY too fast to turn necks!
As DoughMH described, I use a variable speed Milwaukee 1/2" HoleHawg electric drill for turning cases. Just stick the case into the chuck, tighten the jaws to JUST KISS the brass & let fly. About 20 - 30 RPM seems right, cases don't show any sign of distortion when measured in my Sinclair run-out gauge when done.
Works fine for me, might for others too but don't tighten the chuck too much or you'll be fire-frming your brass the next time it's used.
