Any Prone Matches in August????

Does anyone know of any prone matches that will be held in August in the south eastern part of the US? Either 600 or 1000 yard. Not going to Perry and need some place to shoot.

Great Chris, Larry and I will be there. We shot a 1000 x 3 at Ft. Benning yesterday. It was hot as hell, 102 degrees on the line, 105 degrees in the pits...

the KY state L.R. championship is Aug. 20,2x1000) at Ft. Knox KY.

If you're going to shoot Ft. Knox, get with the Match Director soon. There will be some paperwork, etc. that will need to be done in advance. You can't just show up. Orrr, at least you couldn't.

Chris,
they are a little easier on getting in the gate now at Ft. Knox. All that is required is to contact Aubrey Brock and get your name addad to the entry list a few days before the match, after the first time, your good from then on. It used to be a real PITA to get in but not bad now.
